A few years ago I was reading the book Easy World  and learned about Joy. The book asked what would truly make you joyful right now. Visioning my children I became very happy. A few days later on the way to church thinking about the word joy I started to feel really good. At church my friends and I started singing Joy To The World. I left feeling great and when I walked out of the church just shouted. Then realizing I just shouted for joy! So if you need an up lift.......... check out this blog and enjoy!
